Since my 1st call to Emergency Master Plumbing & Air exceeded my expectations, I called to have them come out and install a new faucet in main bathroom.

Thomas arrived in the morning and quickly discovered that it was a more involved process and began cutting and removing the heavily calcified fixture.

He did a great job and I appreciate the great communication from Heather as she is very responsive to calls and texts.

Note: Emergency Master Plumbing & Air is coming back for another project - install new kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

They are a huge part in my kitchen/bath transformation!

Oh.my.god the response of this company is something out of this world!
We reached out to Emergency Master Plumbing & Air by sheer luck because everyone else was fully booked and not willing to come out to North Glendale.
They sent a technician named Mike in less than an hour when my laundromat was flooding.
He diagnosed the issue in less than 30 min, tested and confirmed the fix, all in less than an hour.
Very professional, courteous and understanding of customer!
His pricing is unbeatable in the valley, also family owned business so they will take care of you unlike the big franchises!

We finally found a plumber we could trust to call for any future issues!

My water heater went out, called these guys and they had someone out the same day. Joseph was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable.

I busted a pipe in my kitchen when working on repairing my kitchen island. I had to shut down the water to my house and therefore had no water. I started calling around to find plumbers and came across Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and spoke with the dispatcher and explained that I needed a plumber right away. Unfortunately, I did not get paid until Tuesday. The dispatcher informed the owners and they cleared it and approved the plumber to come out Monday and do the repair so that I could have water back on and trusted me to pay them when I got my check on Tuesday. The plumber was awesome and it wasa blessing that the owners trusted me enough to go ahead and do the work that needed to be done and pay them when I got paid!!!! Definately use this company.

We are highly satisfied with Emergency Master Plumbing & Air. The two technicians we have been able to work with are Cody and Ray.

Cody initially helped remove our old toilet and install a brand new one, as well as install a new l garbage disposal. Ray has fixed our toilet [valve?] as it has had issues with running water. They were both very friendly, professional, respectful, and efficient with their work.

We would also like to greatly thank Heather for always answering our calls promptly and professionally, as well. We will certainly continue using Emergency Master Plumbing & Air for our future services! Thank you!

Austin and his co worker came out they were extremely courteous and prompt at getting right to work.. they even greeted themselves when they were walking up and I knew it was them by the pictures I had seen on the website. Although Austin wasn’t able to fully fix the issue he did explain we needed a new toilet cause the one we had wasn’t letting it drain anymore and wasn’t due to the pipes or anything like that. He even stated after we get the toilet if we have any questions on the Installation I can call him and he will come back out and help! Now that’s some great customer service if you ask me. Justin was awesome! A leaking faucet was holding up closing on a home I was selling. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get on the schedule that day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was basically an emergency service call. The tech, Justin was on time, clean, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! I’ll be using them in the future.
